Olav Schriever is an attorney at GERMELA Wülfing LLP and a member of the corporate law, commercial law, international business law and compliance practice groups. He advises clients on corporate, commercial, capital market and banking law and also specialises in foreign trade compliance. His clients are medium-sized or owner-managed companies (or their managing directors or shareholders) as well as listed stock corporations or private individuals. He represents clients not only out of court in drafting contracts or providing general advice, but also in court.
After his studies in Hamburg and Bilbao/Spain, he successfully completed the supplementary course in business law at the University of Hamburg. Before and during his legal clerkship in Hamburg and Boston/USA, he worked in international law firms in Hamburg and Marbella/Spain and regularly gives lectures in our in-house seminars or for the Nah- und Mittelost-Verein e.V. (Near and Middle East Association). ("NUMOV") lectures. His essay "Membership in a registered cooperative society" appeared in Boletín Asociación Internacional de Derecho Cooperativo, Núm. 29/1997-II, 237 ff.
