Mr. Steffen Wulff first joined as a research assistant, later as a lawyer.
Mr. Wulff advises private individuals and companies in corporate and commercial law matters. He also handles litigation. During his studies, Mr. Wulff focused on civil procedure law and later also on civil law judicature during his legal clerkship.
He is also interested in the subject of private law with special references to public law. In foundation law in particular, Mr. Wulff advises clients on drafting articles of association and recognition of the foundation by the supervisory and tax authorities.
During his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg, Mr. Wulff completed postgraduate studies at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer and a practical stage at the Office for Legal Affairs and Investment Administration at the Department for Urban Development of Hamburg.
Mr. Wulff spent another part of his legal clerkship at GERMELA-UAE, a management consultancy of the GERMELA Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He gained experience in setting up companies in the region and advising international clients on their market entry into the MENA region.
He speaks German and English.
